Iván Olivares

Iván Olivares serves as Vice President of Marketing & Commercial at Laureate Peru. Iván has a background in commercialization, business model design, student services, retention strategies, corporate training, continuing and online education, and operational expansion.

He has more than 15 years of leadership experience at Laureate, driving enrollment growth at UVM and UNITEC. Iván developed scalable sales models, expanded adult learner programs, led regional growth, and transformed student retention through automated dropout risk management systems.

Iván holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, an MBA with a focus on marketing, and diplomas in education and strategic training management.
