Alejandro Gallo

Alejandro Gallo has served as Chief Executive Officer of Laureate Mexico since March 2025, overseeing UVM and UNITEC to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence. Prior to becoming CEO, Alejandro was Chief Operating Officer for Laureate Mexico, where he directed operations to achieve measurable gains in efficiency and growth.

Alejandro held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, and Eli Lilly, in sales, process engineering, and customer service, prior to joining Laureate.

He graduated with honors in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, holds an MBA from IPADE Business School, and undertook an exchange program at Darden Business School.
