Verónica Mora

Verónica Mora serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Laureate Mexico, where she leads the legal strategy. With more than 20 years of experience, Verónica has led legal strategies for global companies across the retail, media and education sectors.

Before joining Laureate, Verónica was Regional General Counsel for LATAM at GroupM, overseeing media contracts, service agreements, intellectual property, data protection and M&A transactions. She served as Mexico General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Inditex, responsible for regulatory compliance, corporate governance and data protection.

Verónica holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master’s degree in International Economic Law.
