Rossina Caballero

Rossina Caballero serves as Legal Director at Laureate Peru. Rossina joined Laureate in 2022, having worked in the financial and insurance sectors, leading teams on internal corporate processes spanning legal, corporate governance, compliance, special projects, and human resources.

She has held roles at La Positiva Vida, La Positiva EPS, Banco Azteca del Perú and BNP Paribas Andes.

Rossina holds a master’s degree in Business Law with a financial specialty from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She studied Strategic Negotiation at Yale School of Management,  Specialization in Banking and Finance at the IEB (affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid) and the PAG of Incae Business School at Costa Rica.
