Universidade Anhembi Morumbi’s Advertising Program is First in Brazil to Earn Programmatic Accreditation from the International Advertising Association

The advertising program at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (UAM) has earned programmatic accreditation from the International Advertising Association (IAA), an international association focused on advertising. It is the first program in Brazil to earn the accreditation, showing that the program focuses on preparing students for success in this competitive field of study.

In addition to earning this recognition for the program, the IAA will now facilitate access to learning materials and students; faculty and alumni will now have access to greater networking opportunities within the association as well as access to jobs and internships. Professor Luiz Alberto de Farias, the academic director of the school of communication confirmed that they are very pleased to have earned this important recognition after having done much work to meet the organization’s standards.

The IAA currently recognizes advertising programs at 44 different institutions around the world.
