Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas Students Participate in the Disney College Program

In July, a group of 11 students from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) will travel to Orlando, Fla. to participate in the Disney College Program (DPC). The DPC allows students to work at Walt Disney installations for six months, giving them an amazing opportunity to learn more about operational and management functions within the company.

While participating in the program, students will take a semester of online courses through Tompkins Cortland Community College, located in New York. The student participants were chosen after a highly selective admissions process led by Walt Disney leaders that included exams and interviews.

The UPC students in the program are enrolled in areas of study that include: business administration, marketing, international business, human resources, hospitality management and communication.

Through these types of international programs, UPC is reaffirming its commitment to giving its students a high quality education with a global perspective, which aims to enhance their personal and professional opportunities.
