The Division of Professional Studies for Executives (EPE) at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplocadas (UPC) recently celebrated 15 years as a pioneering leader in providing professional education opportunities for executives in Peru and Latin America.
On the occasion, members of the UPC community came together to celebrate this important milestone at the San Borja Naval Center as well as to recognize the people who helped make this division a reality and to recognize the institution's leading alumni. During the emotional ceremony, the leaders of UPC and the EPE Division unveiled the impact of the institution's achievements during its first very successful 15 years and the future projects that will strengthen its leadership position and focus on continual future improvements.
It is important to note that the UPC was the first university in Peru to innovate and offer this type of educational opportunity for adults that would allow executives to become more competitive and enhance their knowledge through obtaining a professional university degree. Following this initiative, and over these 15 years, the EPE UPC has grown to include more than 5,000 students and 1,000 graduates, each of whom has made the decision to change their lives and future, becoming positive examples of improvement and growth for future generations of Peruvian professionals.
