Students from UDLA Ecuador recently faced off against teams from 30 of Ecuador's leading higher educational institutions in a competition to create a brand, market research plan and execution strategy to meet the product and service needs of Coca Cola vending machines.
Vicky Robalino, Sebastian Padilla and Andrea Sotomayor, from UDLA's International Business program, won first place in the contest. The students were advised by Professor Raúl Andrade. The award is a proud achievement for the UDLA students who won with a campaign titled "A Coke Break" ("Un Break Coca-Cola").
The awards ceremony took place on Monday January 16 at the Marriott Hotel and was hosted by the directors of Junior Achievement Ecuador and the sponsoring company ARCA Coca-Cola.
