According to the recent Barometer of Higher Education (Barómetro de la Educación Superior 2010) conducted by MORI, a majority of students in Chile consider Universidad Andrés Bello the top private university in the country. Twenty-one percent of students categorize UNAB as the best private institution in Chile, a considerable increase from 19% in 2009. One-third of students who consider a private education choose UNAB as their top choice. Additionally, Universidad de Las Américas was ranked number 6, with 9% referring to it as the top institution (an improvement from 6% in 2009).
