Izabella Cabral, a graduate of the Advertising Prorgam at Universidade Potiguar's School of Communication, was one of the most outstanding candidates at the Cannes Lions 58th International Festival of Creativity. The Cannes Lion Festival, held in June in France, is the world's only truly global meeting place for creative professionals in the communications industry.
Cabral won a total of three awards at the festival for two different ideas in separate categories. The projects, "Santa's Forgotten Letters" for Coca-Cola and "Bandsports Parental Control", were the result of many hours of hard work.
Thousands of agencies from all over the world put their best ideas forward for the festival each year. The jury in each category is made up of advertising specialists from different countries from around the world. Brazil is usually very well represented and was especially so this year, revealing Cabral's talent to the rest of the world.
According to Izabella, the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity is very important because it highlights trends in creativity in the market, shows clients the opportunities and examples of what works, as well as showcasing new talent in the area.
In addition to her excellent results at the Cannes Festival, Izabella has also won the Columnists award and the New York Festival award.
