Centro Universitário do Norte (UniNorte) won two awards at the 14th Jaraqui Graúdo Entrepreneurship Awards. UniNorte’s business incubator, Emprende, was recognized as the best incubator in the region, and Professor Olinda Marinho was recognized as the best entrepreneurship mentor in the region.
More than 800 different leaders and initiatives were nominated for the awards, which are selected by Daniel Goetteneur, co-founder of the awards. The awards seek to recognize the top initiatives and leaders in entrepreneurship in the Amazonas region. The awards hope to support the creation and development of a culture of entrepreneurship in the region.
Professor Marinho was honored to receive the award both individually and as a representative of UniNorte. “This award shows the strength of the Emprende incubator, which is focused on helping people of all ages and backgrounds take their ideas and make them into a reality.”
