AdSchool wins big at Axis Awards

Students and alumni take top prizes

It was a big night for AdSchool graduates at last night’s Axis Awards.

Not only did Liz Richards and Matt Molloy win the TVNZ Student Axis, AdSchool graduate Kim Fraser scooped some of the night’s biggest awards.

Fraser, who graduated in 2010, picked up the emerging talent award for her work at Special Group and a Gold Axis for the Smirnoff Night Project.

Other AdSchool graduates who picked up metal were Jesse Stevens who won a Gold Axis for his Boundary Road Brewery campaign; Tom Paine picked up a Silver Axis for his Westpac Impulse Saver app; Jonno Fox and Jack Delmonte took the Silver Carmonica; Anthony Wilson and Iain MacMillan took home Silver for ChristChurch Press; and Graeme Clarke got a Bronze for V paintball.
