Laureate has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,250,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. Shares of Laureate’s Class A common stock are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 1, 2017 under the symbol “LAUR,” and the offering is expected to close on February 6, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
