Laureate Senior Global Leaders Gather in Miami

In early October, our Senior Global Leaders (SGL) gathered in Miami, Florida, to discuss key business updates and future plans. The theme of the meeting was One Team – emphasizing that we can only achieve success by working together.

During the week, Positive Leadership was introduced as a management approach to achieve our One Team goals – to reach significant performance levels, and to unleash potential from throughout the organization. The SGL expects to reach most of the organization with Positive Leadership tools in the coming months.

The SGL also put the One Team theme and Here for Good spirit into action during a team building service activity at Brownsville Middle school in partnership with Hands On Miami. This helped us kick off the Global Days of Service events around the network during October.
