FMU Architecture Students Win Albert Einstein Hospital Contest

Architecture and urbanism students from FIAM-FAAM Centro Universitário, a member of the FMU Education Group, won a contest held by Albert Einstein Hospital to design a futuristic hospital room that would promote a heightened sense of well-being among cancer patients.

The winning students, Carolina Pupo Mayer, Cinthya Akemi Hayashi Tsukide and Karen Ferreir won for their design “Memories,” which was coordinated with professor Marcelo Sbarra. Their design focused on patient autonomy, interactivity and sustainability. The students won a cash award and will visit the hospital to present their proposal.
