Founded in 2008, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) was established to fulfill His Majesty King Abdullah II's vision for educational and vocational development in Jordan. Located in Amman, RACA offers certificates and diplomas in Culinary Arts. Students have the opportuity to follow their diploma by earning a bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts. RACA is affiliated with and managed by Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts/Affiliate of Les Roches is a specialized Jordanian associated university college. The two-year culinary diploma program is accredited in Jordan and Switzerland. The accreditation in Jordan is from the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education. RACA offers a variety of different culinary programs to include:
- A two year diploma in the culinary arts program
- A one year basic culinary arts certificate
- A 15 week culinary specialization certificate
