Founded in 1960, Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) is one of Mexico’s top 10 universities. With more than 120,000 students, UVM also is Mexico’s largest private university. Academic areas at UVM include arts and humanities, economics, business administration, engineering, health sciences and social sciences. Students earn degrees and certificates in high school, undergraduate (traditional and working adult) and graduate programs.
Of special note are UVM’s seven medical schools and its executive undergraduate and master’s programs for working adults. UVM students can enroll in dual-degree programs with other Laureate International Universities network institutions, including École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (France), Glion Institute of Higher Education (Switzerland), Universidad Europea de Madrid (Spain) and Walden University (United States).
