BMHS logoEach year, more than 400 new students experience Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School's (BMIHMS) unique approach to hotel and resort management education. Since BMIHMS was founded in 1991, the school has produced more than 3,000 graduates from more than 40 countries. Most graduates move into senior management roles within six years of graduation. BMIHMS has campuses in Leura and Sydney, Australia.

Students earn diplomas and associate and undergraduate business degrees in International Hotel and Resort Management and in International Event Management. Students also can earn a postgraduate certificate or a master’s degree in International Hotel Management.

The school holds full accreditation from the Australian Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (national level) and the New South Wales Department of Education and Training (state level). BMIHMS is internationally accredited by the Institute of Hospitality and has a strategic partnership agreement with the University of Queensland.

BMIHMS degrees are accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (national level), in compliance with the Australian Education Services for Overseas Students Act, is designed to protect and enhance Australia's reputation for high-quality education and training services.

BMIHMS recently was commended by the Australian Universities Quality Agency for meeting high standards in university-level education.

Blue Mountains programs also are offered at Laureate institutions in Mexico (UNITEC), Chile (AEIP), Malaysia (INTI) and Thailand (Stamford International University).
