In 2011, the Dining Room at Kendall College became the first and only culinary school restaurant to be included in the Michelin Guide Chicago.

Other network institutions, such as Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) and Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (UAM) have helped Laureate create exceptional culinary arts and hospitality management programs and fostering student and faculty exchanges.

At UVM and UAM, students can enroll in the Glion Institute of Higher Education hotel management program in Switerland, earning international associate degrees and certificates in hotel management along with the option to pursue a B.A. in hospitality from their home institution or Glion.
